After a variety of logo concepts were considered and presented to the client, it was agreed that the design shown above was the most suitable for their brand identity. Achieving a woman’s face in single color was not an easy task, as there is a need to keep a logo simple, while maintaining the aesthetics of the facial features.
I chose to go a more unconventional route with the color scheme. The muted green was chosen for it’s calming and natural appearance while the black helps balance things by adding a slight masculine feel to the more feminine logo. The font (Nexa) seemed like an appropriate choice with it’s elegant and clean lines.
